好评"房間很好","位置好找","交通方便","干凈衛生", I booked the hotel becasue of the brand name that trust and commitment can make aboard. This time the first to try in China. I booked because of free limo pick up as stated in their internet advertisement that before 6pm can pick up. But upon my phone confirmaiton finished at 6:15pm they said the driver left and could not pick. Upon my arrival, I find my room in the end of the corridor, want to change but refused even I tried to upgrade with addtional cash. Havinag discussed an hours, they accept upgrade wiith cash. It seems not flexible at all. I booked a double room but they offer only one breakfast. Having bargain they can confirm in the next day but I left already. No good in flexible services. Not in line with whoel group services . The lobby manager is willling to help and but no authority that just purely can tell understand....Will not try at all.

好评房间非常宽敞舒适。其他酒店难以找到这样大的客房面积。 酒店地理位置非常方便去罗湖口岸，周边吃饭方便，酒店自己的自助餐饮也价格公道。 酒店设施虽然不新，但卫生和维护相当好。 赞扬酒店前台的Vena。 门童们也都很热情，服务周到。 满意就又多住了4晚。
